Adirondack patio glider

Gliders came early which was great. I had paid for the white glove delivery (online coupon), but no one was coming to assemble. So, I had to assemble myself. I am retired and in my mid seventies so it was perhaps somewhat difficult. Fortunately, directions were not difficult but heavy as I was alone. Got it done and they are great, very smooth and look great.
When I contacted customer support, the young lady told me that I would have to assemble myself, that SHE does it all the time! Ouch!! I never heard from customer service until this opportunity to review.
Maybe customer service could send me a couple of cup holders for my inconvenience??
However, product was high quality and I would buy again.
