Perfect match for 1930s chairs

I selected Snyder because I inherently 3 solidly made beautiful chairs from the 1930s. I needed one more. The design and quality perfectly match the originals.

Quality Bed Frame

The queen sized bed frame is well constructed and looks great. The assembly was a bit difficult so clear written assembly instructions would have made the experience much better.

The bed is well made. The only thing that I would do is increase the leg height. Most sheets and comforters lay on the floor. Added extra slats the raise the bed a little.

Love the fact you can mix and match colors, gives the bench an nice look verses a solid color. They very sturdy and well made. Putting the first pieces together had it's challenges, but after that it was a breeze.

Excellent. I got cheap covers. Simply not worth it. These mattress covers fall under the category of you can’t afford to buy cheap. These have elastic bands that hold down not only the mattress cover but supports firmly any sheet that you put on top of it. Extremely pleased with my purchase excellent service ordering from Snyder’s.

Well built, good quality bed frame, but the metal brackets on one of the side rails were not flush with the end of the rail which resulted in a gap at the head board and foot board.

I bought an outside glider it is an excellent chair. Been using it for a while. Dad always said buy cheap get cheap. By the best get the best, this is truly the best outside chair I've ever bought and I'm 75 and had many chairs. So invest your money and something you have for years it's worth it.

First, the furniture is great so far, but it's also expensive. My problem is with communication, customer service and lead time. I ordered a fire table and five chairs in April. Estimated completion was June 28-July 26. You put down 50% with the remainder due upon completion. I waited patiently and heard nothing beyond the April 29th email that said my furniture was in production. July 26th rolled around and I got daily emails asking for the balance. I tried to reach out to Snyder's to figure out if my furniture was completed. I talked to someone that never got back to me. I called, and a guy hung up on me. I called back and no one would pick up. I left messages. I emailed. Every time I talked to someone they blamed it on the Amish. I take offense to that, and it makes me feel like they're being exploited. Finally someone said they would check the back office. Didn't hear anything back, but I kept getting overdue notices. I emailed this same guy asking if he'd gotten a hold of his "back office", and he replied "order completed in the shop . My back office sent you email a few hours ago to pay balance" This is August 13. I'm not sure why he never got back to me, and of course I'd been receiving overdue emails daily, so this didn't seem like a good sign that my furniture was actually completed. Snyder's charged my card without my consent for the balance, and I got an email with a screenshot of a delivery guy's name, phone number and email on August 20. By September 1st I hadn't heard from delivery, so I reached out to Snyder's. My furniture was finally delivered August 8th. The guy came by himself and of course I had to help him lift our table off his sprinter van. His words "Well I don't want to drop it off the truck." This is not what I had in mind for front door delivery. I'll never use this company again. Polywood all the way.

The cherry wood dining chairs that we ordered from Snyder Furniture are beautifully crafted. They are a perfect match for the dining table we already own. We were so pleased with the chairs that we decided to order counter stools also in the same finish. Also, the guys who delivered our chairs couldn’t have been nicer.

Our dining table and chairs are absolutely beautiful! We love them so much! All of our family and friends have just gone on and on about how much they like them! It was certainly worth the wait for them to be custom built! We highly recommend the Snyder family for any of their beautiful handcrafted pieces!

The delivery service was top notch as well. Eli was always very nice with all our correspondence and he was on time and set our new furniture in our dining room for us!

I purchased the Spanish mission square coffee table from Snyder’s. The furniture is a well made quality piece. My disappointment is for the total lack of communication from this company. I knew in advance the piece would take 6 months to complete but what I didn’t know was that their customer service support was virtually nonexistent. So,if you are in no rush and are not looking for periodic updates/feedback on your order then I would recommend Snyder’s furniture.

Drove 1 hour from Douglassville to look at outdoor dining sets. Went in/out of the store several times to ask questions because not one sales person would leave their computers to help us. (At least 3 individuals working that's we saw)

They did hand us a tape measure to measure furniture to measure the furniture ourselves.

If you want to actually look/feel the several thousand dollar outdoor dining set in person before ordering, ask questions, receive service, don't go here. Snyder's is only interested in internet sales. Zero in person customer service.

I bought outdoor patio furniture.Snyder’s pricing was the best I came across and the sales rep was very helpful. The process to order was easy and I liked that I only had to pay 50% until the furniture was ready to be delivered.
The delivery process was less than ideal. The furniture came assembled which I did not realize. I thought they would do the assembly onsite. Therefore it was too big to fit through the front or back doors.The delivery service said they could also not do any disassembly so I had to leave the furniture in the garage and get outside assistance. The 2nd item I ordered which was delivered at a different time was with a different delivery service. This service refused to bring the furniture in the house and just left it in the driveway. As a single woman there was no way I could lift the item by myself which I told them but they refused to provide any assistance. While the furniture is great, unfortunately my experience with both deliveries would prevent me from ordering anything else.

I had a wonderful experience with Snyder’s Furniture. I anxiously awaited for my order and was just so overwhelmed when it was delivered. My new bed is just beautiful. Eileen was just wonderful to work with. I cannot sing their praises high enough. Workmanship was just beautiful. I definitely would order again. 10 star review!

Buy this furniture, which is absolutely gorgeous and well made, only if you don't mind waiting a long time to get it. Once it arrives, you will love it.

A great place to buy long lasting furniture.

I have not had a chance to put either together. They are Christmas gifts. I plan on sneaking the flamingo into a friend yard. The puffin may go east. They look quite fun.

Perfect Experience Purchasing New King Bed

Absolutely pleased with our new king bed purchased from Snyder Furniture! Dennis was outstanding to work with and ensured all of our concerns were met from the king bed to the twin XL TempurPedics. We needed a match for our existing bedroom furniture and Snyder’s met the challenge completely. Highly recommend!!

I ordered a mission-style queen headboard in January 2026. It arrived in late August 2026. The finished product, which cost over $600, was no more substantial or impressive, and was in some respects inferior to, a $199 piece I could have purchased on Wayfair and received in ten days, not seven months.

The frame is "solid wood" in the same way that a hot dog is "all beef": layered softwoods glued up as stock and cut to size. The entire piece is rather light and very flexible — I'd almost call it wobbly — width-wise. The mission-style spokes are so thin and soft as to be fragile; I feel like I need to be gentle with this headboard.

Due to the nature of our Sleep Number mattress and foundation, there is no way to mount this headboard to the bed, which we anticipated. It will instead be affixed to the wall, as we have done with other similar pieces. I point this out because it could have been ordered as a complete bed — head and footboard with side rails — and given the delicate construction, I'm certain no such bed would have held up under normal use.

I expected better from Amish craftsmen, although perhaps this is only "Amish" craftsmanship, like the "solid wood" and "all beef" hot dogs.

My Windsor Chairs are perfect! The care and craftsmanship are signs of Snyder's commitment to quality and care.

I am very happy with the bed I ordered. It took a few months to be custom made but very happy with the quality and workmanship. The delivery was great as well.

I purchased a wooden lawn spinner painted as an oriole. The woodworking and the painting are very good. It is an attractive lawn ornament.
To attach each rotating wing to the body,
I needed an electric screwdriver because the hole drilled for the screw was very narrow.

Snyder's could have received 5 stars from us, but our order was late. What a beautiful piece of furniture! We are very happy with it. Because the order was late, they offered their "White Glove Delivery," which was extremely helpful. Two respectable men came into our two-story home. They assembled the queen bed and were gone in less than 30 minutes! Snyder's is a personable, high-value, quality company! We won't hesitate to use them again.
