Delivery Process

1 | Notification of Completion

• You’ll receive an email notification your order is complete
• If there is a balance it will be collected now via invoice

• Now that the invoice is paid, we send your order to one of our 3rd party delivery companies.

• The delivery company receives the tasking and gets to work on scheduling your delivery.
• The delivery company then reaches out directly to youand lets you know when they can deliver. Typically anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location.
• Standard Delivery Range: 2-4 weeks after completion for areas in PA, NJ, Eastern NY, MD, DE, DC, and Northern VA.
• Nonstandard Delivery Range: 2-10 weeks, depending on when a delivery run is scheduled for your area.

• The delivery team shows up on the scheduled day and time with your furniture!
