Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Snyder’s Furniture. We are committed to ensuring your new pieces arrive safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines and delivery options below.


Delivery Options

We offer two convenient ways to receive your furniture:

  • FREE Standard Delivery: Your furniture will be delivered to the curbside or front door of your home or building at no charge.

    • Note: Simple assembly may be required for items such as tables (attaching legs/bases), beds (attaching headboards/footboards to rails), and outdoor furniture (full assembly required for Zone 2 and Zone 3).

  • Premium White-Glove In-Home & Setup: Your furniture will be placed and set up exactly where you want it inside your home.

    • Staircase Access: Service is available up to the second floor via stairs.

    • Apartment Buildings: Available on any floor, provided there is a freight elevator that accommodates your items.

    • Exclusions: Please note that cribs are excluded from all assembly services.


What Happens After You Order?

  1. Getting Ready: As your furniture nears completion, we will notify you and the shipping company. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before the furniture is released for delivery.

  2. Scheduling: The shipping company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery day and a narrow time window (e.g., Monday between 2 PM and 3 PM).

  3. Hours: Deliveries typically occur weekdays between 7 AM and 4 PM.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location relative to our shipping zones:

  • Zone 1: Typically within 4 weeks of completion.

  • Zone 2: Typically within 6 weeks of completion.

  • Zone 3: Typically within 8 weeks of completion.


Returns, Refusals, & Fees

To keep our shipping processes sustainable, please note the following financial policies:

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused at the time of arrival, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the order.


Preparing for Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth experience, please complete the following before our team arrives:

  • Measure for Fitment: Measure all doorways, hallways, and tight staircases. We are not responsible for fitment issues.

  • Clear the Space: Our team does not remove old furniture. Please ensure the area is clear before arrival.

  • Secure Pets: For the safety of your pets and our crew, please keep animals in a separate room.

Access Requirements

Our delivery trucks require specific road conditions to reach your home safely. Please notify us in advance if your location does not meet these standards:

  • Road Surface: Preferably paved.

  • Width: Minimum of 10 feet wide.

  • Clearance: No obstructions (branches, wires) lower than 14 feet.

  • Weight Limits: No heavy vehicle weight restrictions on your street.

  • Turnaround: Sufficient space for a large truck to turn around safely.
