Snyder's Furniture, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website snydersfurniture.com and all related services, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are powered by Shopify and Klaviyo. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through the Services, or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

We collect information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you ("personal information"). Personal information does not include information that is collected anonymously or that has been de-identified so that it cannot identify or be reasonably linked to you. Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT)
We do not use ADMT to make "significant decisions" that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you, such as the denial of financial services, housing, insurance, education, or employment opportunities. We use automated tools solely for personalized product recommendations and marketing optimization.

5. Email and SMS Marketing (Klaviyo & TCPA Compliance)
If you opt in to our marketing programs, we use your information as follows:
• Cookies & Abandoned Carts: Our website uses cookies to track items you place in your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS or email.
• SMS Privacy Guarantee: Notwithstanding any other provision in this policy, we do not share, sell, or rent your SMS opt-in data or consent status with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
• Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any message. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications such as order confirmations and shipping updates.

• Right to Opt-Out of Profiling: You may opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. We do not engage in such profiling.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signals. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising for the device and browser you are using. Other than GPC, we do not currently respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a privacy request, you may contact us using any of the methods listed in Section 10 below. We will verify your identity before processing your request by matching information you provide with information we have on file.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide signed written proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time, we will notify you of the reason and the extension period (up to an additional 45 days).
Right to Appeal
If we decline your privacy request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at info@snydersfurniture.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with our response to your appeal, you may contact your state's Attorney General.

• Customer service communications: 3 years from date of communication.
