Shipping Policy

Notification of Completion

Once your furniture is nearing completion, we will notify both you and the shipping company. If you have an outstanding balance on your order, payment is required before we can release your furniture to the shipping company.

Delivery Options

  • White-Glove - In-Home Delivery: Your items will be brought inside your home and set up in your desired location. (Some exclusions apply, and this service may not be available in all areas.)

  • Standard - Economy/Curb-Side Delivery: Items will be delivered to the curb. Some assembly may be required.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery Range: Delivery is typically within 4 weeks after completion for areas within PA, NJ, Southeastern NY, MD, DE, DC, and Northern VA.

  • Nonstandard Delivery Range: All other areas delivery may take up to 10 weeks after completion, depending on when a delivery run is scheduled for your area.

Scheduling Delivery

  • The shipping company will contact you directly within 4 weeks after your order is completed to schedule delivery.

  • They will provide a specific delivery day and time window. (Example: Monday between 2-3 PM)

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are typically made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM.

Before Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please prepare your space in advance:

  • Remove Old Items: Ensure that any old furniture is removed prior to delivery, as the shipping company does not handle the removal of old items.

  • Secure Pets: Keep pets in a separate room during delivery to ensure the safety of both your pets and the delivery personnel.
